Academic Biography

Yang Ming is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the International I Ching Research Center. He earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy from National Taiwan University, where his research pioneered the application of computational linguistics and network analysis methods to the quantitative study of the Zhouyi text.

Dr. Yang's work represents a new methodological frontier in Yijing studies. By applying text mining, co-occurrence analysis, and semantic network modeling to the Zhouyi corpus, his research reveals structural patterns in the classical text that complement traditional philological and philosophical approaches. He is also deeply involved in the platform's data annotation, content optimization, and user experience design.

At I Ching Wisdom, Dr. Yang authors articles on digital I Ching tools, app-based reading experiences, and how modern technology can support — rather than replace — serious engagement with the Book of Changes.
