Small Accumulation brings good fortune. Dense clouds, no rain from our western border.

Small accumulations and modest gains bring good fortune. Like wind that gradually fills the sky with clouds, patient accumulation of small successes leads to the ruler's authority being strengthened.

Tuan Commentary

The yielding finds its place, and the above and below correspond to it, hence Small Accumulation. Strong and gentle, the firm is in the center and its will is carried out, hence success. Dense clouds but no rain indicates movement still upward. From our western border indicates that the influence has not yet spread.

The Tuan shows the small person rising while the noble person maintains their elevated position. The power of the small is growing but not yet sufficient to overcome that of the great.
